- Nutrition can ENHANCE or it can SABOTAGE your workouts
- So it is necessary to take in the proper nutrients so that your efforts do not go
unnoticed. Proper nutrition will supplement your bodybuilding or fat loss effort,
giving you complete satisfaction with your body.
- The nutrients necessary to build muscle and burn fat are:
1) macronutrients(carbohydrates, fats and protein)
2) micronutrients(vitamins & minerals)
3) And don’t forget water. Up to 60 percent of your body weight is composed of
H2O. That doesn’t mean don’t drink water to lose weight…your body needs it!
- Too much of anything can be a BAD thing!
- So your total daily intake is also an important key to proper nutrition. Balancing
your nutrient ratios to the amount of calories your body needs to build muscle
and/or burn fat is key to enhancing your workouts.
