- Time is of the essence and we never seem to have enough. That’s where planning must come in to make sure we accomplish important tasks of the day. It’s easy to say, “I'm going to exercise this week" and it only happens once or twice, if that. What we should say is, "I'm going to start the week out right and exercise at 6:00pm on Monday for 30 minutes”. Then we must write it down.
- Write it ALL Out
So keep a journal to plan your work-outs and then write them out as you do them. Make this a habit, follow your plan and working out will become a habit.
