Training Let's get to it!
- Training-programs develop specific skills and/or muscles, often with the purpose
to peaking for a particular event like a football game, marathon or bicycle race.
Training means gaining the physical ability to perform at levels that will prepare
you for that event. Not only does that include physical training but also the
proper nutrition and rest. Neglect one of them and you will not perform at your best.
- The challenges will be to:
1) Stay motivated
2) Train smart & safe to prevent injury
3) Maintain proper nutrition
