What type of work-out is best for me?
- There are many factors you may have to consider before arriving at the answer:
1) What level are you at?
2) What are your goals?
3) Do you have time constraints?
4) Do you have access to a gym?
5) Would you rather work-out at home?
Whatever you decide there are important points that apply to them all:
Be consistent (make it a part of life like brushing your teeth)
Make it an activity that you enjoy
Change it up (your body is very efficient so change your work-out every 4-6 weeks to keep your body on it’s toes)
Include both strength training and cardio in your work-outs
